Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FindMyFundraiser.com platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

The following terms have specific meanings when used in these Terms:

"Organization" — A school, team, club, church, nonprofit, or other group that creates and manages fundraising campaigns
"Company" — A business that lists products or services on the FindMyFundraiser Marketplace for organizations to use in their campaigns
"Participant" — An individual who helps an organization by reaching out to personal contacts to support a campaign
"Supporter" — An individual who donates to or makes a purchase through a campaign
"Campaign" — A fundraising effort created by an organization, optionally featuring products from a Company

3. Age Requirements and Minors

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
Users between 13 and 18 may use the Service only as campaign Participants, under the supervision of an adult-managed Organization
The sponsoring Organization is responsible for ensuring appropriate parental or guardian consent is obtained for minor Participants
Users who create Organization accounts, Company accounts, or manage campaigns must be at least 18 years old
By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements

4. Description of Service

FindMyFundraiser.com is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables organizations to create, manage, and run fundraising campaigns. The Service includes tools for campaign creation, participant management, supporter outreach via SMS and email, payment processing, reporting, and fund disbursement. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Billing and Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Plans (Companies)

Companies offering fundraising services through the platform may select a subscription plan billed on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date. No subscription is required for organizations running their own direct campaigns.

8.2 Platform Fees

A platform fee, expressed as a percentage of funds raised, applies to all campaign revenue generated through the Service, regardless of whether payments are processed through the platform or through the company's own checkout. The applicable percentage is determined by your subscription plan (or, for organizations running direct campaigns, by the published school direct rate) and is clearly disclosed before any transaction is processed.

8.3 Payment Processing Fees

When donations are processed through the platform's checkout, credit card processing fees (industry-standard rates charged by our payment processor) are deducted separately. Where donors are given the option to cover processing fees at checkout, the amount charged is added to the donor's total.

8.4 Payment Methods

A valid ACH bank account or credit card is required for payment of subscription and platform fees. Platform fees and subscription fees are typically billed monthly in arrears. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

8.5 Free Trial

New company accounts are eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Organizations running their own direct campaigns start with no subscription and no monthly fee — the platform fee applies only when funds are raised.

8.6 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any pricing changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8.7 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Platform fees on refunded donations will be reversed automatically when a donation is refunded in full within the refund window described in Section 7.
